Return Period:
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.
Eligibility:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Certain items are not eligible for return, including final sale items, perishable goods, and personalized/customized items.
- Please note that opened software, downloadable digital goods, and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Initiating a Return:
