Return Period:

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Certain items are not eligible for return, including final sale items, perishable goods, and personalized/customized items.
  • Please note that opened software, downloadable digital goods, and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Initiating a Return:
